Over the past year or so, we have had various needs for audio/visual installations in our home. I contacted Plug-N-Play to have them install our audio/visual for both our living room and bedroom flat screens and set up our stereo system for surround sound inside and outside in our patio. Plug-N-Play technicians advised us on the best equipment, remotes, audio speakers, took time to discuss our personal goals for the set up and then proceeded to set up our home theater and stereo system based on our choices.
I was most impressed by their efficiency in installing the equipment, set up and the cleanup afterwards. You feel confident that they know what their doing. After they left, there was nothing left for us to do but to enjoy our home theater and audio system! They also are available whenever we have questions with our system or the occasional user-error trouble-shooting. I recommend them highly to anyone wanting a professional job performed by very skilled technicians.

I am an electronic freak. I am always looking at the latest and greatest gadgets. Since I moved in to my townhouse, 11 years ago, I have been in the market for the "perfect" home theater system. We finally decided to buy a plasma television and theater system for our home and couldn’t have chosen better installers. We recently moved into a new home in Del Mar, California and were fortunate to find the good folks at Plugnplay to assist us in a very complex audio/video home automation installation.
The amazing thing about Thanh was that he never say no. No matter how complex, no matter how hard it seems to fit a 10 pound box in a 5 pound space, these guys came through with professionalism and pride. Even crawling through attic spaces and firewalls to hide cables most installers would have left exposed or haphazard, their attention to detail was incredible.
Our system consisted of Audio, Video, Closed Circuit TV, Complete RF Home Automation and Computer linkage throughout the house. The CCTV alone has 16 cameras, multiplexer, several miles of cable and computer access via the Web including Pan/Tilt capabilities as well as 24/7 recording on DVR or stills.
The Audio and "Whole House" system included all of our TV's, Stereo, DVD and even the capability to have our daughter Plugnplay her ipod in any room of the house. All of that without us having to listen to "rap" while we watch a DVD.
The installation of our plasma screens was also impeccable and they left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Finally, with a complex home automation system consisting of 78 different modules and 15 IR sensors controlling everything from security cameras to lights to macros that run the toaster and coffee maker in the morning, these guys were great.
All in all a great package at a very reasonable price.
We look forward to working with PlugnPlay again in the future when we refurbish our garage and turn it into a large scale theatre.

I spent over a year researching my Plasma TV purchase, and I was not going to leave it to just anybody to install my pride and joy. Thanh responded promptly to my request for pricing and patiently answered all my questions about the installation. I wanted the TV installed on an articulating arm so I could view the TV from another room which necessitated a 180 degree turn. And even though Thanh had never worked with that brand of arm before - he and his installer made it work. They took the extra time and stayed late on a Saturday - and even figured out how to hook up the audio system. He had to make new cables because I had given him the wrong model number - and even came back the following Saturday to hide new cables in the wall for me. Thanh's end goal seems to be making his customers happy and I would definitely recommend Plug-N-Play TV to anyone looking for a professional and friendly installation.

Thanh did a great job installing my 42" Panasonic Plasma HD TV. They arrived promptly and prepared with the right tools and equipment .I was impressed by the wall anchors and custom cables that they used. I really appreciated them asking my opinion on placement and with their advice we found the perfect spot on the wall. It's great watching TV from my couch or my dining table which is across the room. The installation went smoothly and they made it look easy. All my questions were answered and I found that they are extremely knowledgeable, not just with installation but with home theater and home security in general. They cleaned up perfectly afterward.
